How are you implementing knowledge gained during your program? I can look issues and problems with a broader perspective. The learning that PSU has provided is second to none. The thought process that the professors allow you to take in the courses, is one of being creative, as well as not thinking of the obvious, but thinking of solutions. Is there really a right or wrong answer? The education has enabled me to dive deeper into analysis and understanding and to obtain all the facts.
I would like to compliment PSU on the quality of professors. They are extremely caring and really want to help their studends be successful. A couple of professors have made a true impact on me, that will stay with me for a long time: Dr. Bonnie Bechard and Mr. David Talbott. They have really inspired my learning at a new level. I have the utmost respect for them, as well as all the other professors.
What would you say to a student who is considering graduate school? To prospective students, begin with one course, especially if you are working full time. The workloads are heavy and demanding, but it is well worth it in the end. And never give up! Establish a rapport with the professor, ask them questions and talk to them. They are your friends and want to help you. They appreciate questions!
