Join Healthy PSU for the 3rd Annual Walk Reunion and get On the Move with Coach Sean FOY on Wednesday, June 1, 2016

Come outside and Have FUN, Move More, Sit Less and Thrive!  There will be activities, refreshments and giveaways at the event.  The first 250 walkers will receive a Healthy PSU t-shirt! There is no-cost to participate in the walk or the ALLWell event as it is sponsored by Healthy PSU for all PSU Faculty, Staff, Students, Alumni and Family/Community members!

We will gather on the Mary Lyon Lawn at 11:15, the WALK to ALLWell will begin at approximately 11:30 a.m. (in the event of rain the entire walk will be at ALLWell North). At Noontime Sean will share his motivational speech at the “new” ALLWell North indoor track on: “What’s Your Why? The Power Of Purpose”©

Learn T’ai Chi this semester “new” 14-week series starts January 26!

Attention Faculty and Staff, Come experience being  more mindful by learning the mindful movements of T’ai Chi with Darcy!

Dates: Tuesdays/Thursdays, January 26-May 5 (no class during spring break or during campus closures)

Time: 5-6 PM (class instruction will be approximately 50 min. and will begin at 5:10 PM)

Location: ALLWell North building, room 101 (lower level)

Parking: undercover parking in the garage at the rate of .50 cents per half hour (parking kiosk accepts cash/credit and debit).




Evening Yoga starts January 27 in the “new” ALLWell North Building

This “Reduce Stress Yoga” class is sponsored by Healthy PSU at no-cost to current faculty, staff and students. Classes will be held every Wednesday from 5:10-6:00 PM through May 4 (except during spring break or campus closures due to weather). Remember that the ALLWell building has convenient parking in the undercover garage (the cost is .50 cents per half hour – cash or credit/debit accepted at the parking kiosk machine).

Wear comfortable cloths and bring your own yoga mat if desired. We will have a limited number of mats available for use.
