The Museum of the White Mountains regularly hires student workers to staff the gallery during open hours. Students must commit to at least 8 hours per week for the duration of a semester, which includes both evening and weekend shifts.
Student workers responsibilities include:
- Staffing the front desk and selling MWM merchandise
- Speaking with and assisting visitors with exhibition and membership-related inquiries
- Staffing the gallery during regular hours and special events
- Assisting with exhibit installation and breakdown
