YOGA FOR MINDFUL NOURISHMENT

Experience the combined power of art and yoga to heal and transform. We’ll begin with reflecting on nourishing artworks prior to a gentle, mindful yoga practice.

Led by Darlene Nadeau. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Presented as part of the Museum’s exhibition, “NOURISH? Arts Address Mind, Body, Spirit.” Free and open to all. *Snow date Feb. 11, 2020
