Do Family Members Need Access to Your Enrollment and Billing Information?
Through PSU’s new myPlymouth for Families you can give family members access to your enrollment and billing information, without sharing your personal myPlymouth user name and password. myPlymouth for Families provides the information your family members need, and all from an account set up just for them.
What do you need to do?
- Log into myPlymouth.
- Click on the “Invite Someone” link in the Family Access channel.
- Complete the required information and set your family member’s level of access. Be sure to select from the list of options: bill notification, bill view, enrollment verification, housing view, purchase Campus Flexcash, or course schedule view.
- Confirm that you’ve read the FERPA statement.
- Click on the Grant Access! button.
Your family member will then receive an e-mail from Plymouth State University [PSU Family Portal] with a link to activate their account and begin exploring everything myPlymouth for Families has to offer.
