Air Force Bay State Winds at Silver Center Nov. 9

9 Silver Series: Bay State Winds. 7 p.m. November 9, Smith Recital Hall, Silver Center for the Arts. Free. The clarinet quartet of the Air Force Band of Liberty tours New England, New York and New Jersey, and this year’s tour includes a stop at the Silver Center. These accomplished musicians present an exciting program that will appeal to audiences of all ages. The group’s repertoire includes musical idioms ranging from Bach to Broadway in addition to their own arrangements. SSgt. Mickey Ireland, a 1997 Plymouth Regional High School graduate who went on to Ithaca College and Michigan State University before enlisting in 2005, will be one of the musicians for this tour.
