Chamber Singers and Hanover Chamber Orchestra truly are

December 10th, 2002 by Adam

The Plymouth State College Chamber Singers, under the direction of Dr. Dan Perkins, joined forces with the Hanover Chamber Orchestra on Saturday, December 7th at Endicott College and delivered a performance for the ages. With over 100 people in the auditorium, the Chamber Singers reminded all why they are considered a Plymouth State treasure. Working their way through such pieces as J.S. Bach’s beautiful Cantata 64, and the ever popular Fantasia on Greensleeves, the Singers set the bar very high for next years performance.

At the beginning of the evening, PSCAA-Boston President Gordan MacEwan ’75 announced that this event will now become a holiday tradition. Everyone in attendance was left looking forward to next years performance.

A word of special thanks goes out to Endicott College President Richard Wylie ’63 for hosting the event.
