Commencement Ceremony Moves Indoors

May 18th, 2002 by Adam

Due to the inclement weather, Plymouth State College will hold today’s commencement ceremony indoors. The 10 a.m. ceremony will be held in Foley Gymnasium at the P.E. Center. Graduates need to go directly to the field house at 9 a.m. to line up for the processional. Graduates will have their names called, and they will walk across the stage.

Because of the limited seating capacity in the gym, only those guests with tickets will be permitted inside the P.E. Center. Each graduate was issued two tickets, which they were asked to pick up in advance. No tickets will be available at the door.

Guests without tickets can view a simulcast of the ceremony in the Hartman Union Building (HUB) or in the Silver Cultural Arts Center. Seating is on a first-come-first-served basis and handicapped spaces are available in the Silver Cultural Arts Center. Additionally, the PSC Bookstore and the Sidewalk Café in the HUB will be open.
