ETC ’03 Programs feature Cinderella

January 2nd, 2003 by Adam

During the month of January, 2003, the Educational Theatre Collaborative (ETC) presents a project with multiple focus areas, all connected to themes surrounding the capstone experience – a full-scale, intergenerational production of Cinderella.

ETC, now in its ninth year, is a joint venture of Plymouth State College, Plymouth Elementary School and Friends of the Arts. ETC provides creative outlets for over 200 area children and an educational link with the local community. ETC is a two-time winner of the Moss Hart Award for excellence in community theatre.

During the run of the show, the Silver Cultural Arts Center lobby will be filled with art created by children in the after-school workshops and the Children’s Arts Festival.

Production dates: January 22-25 at 7 p.m.; January 25 and 26 at 2 p.m. Plymouth State College, Silver Cultural Arts Center, Main Street, Plymouth. Box Office (603) 535-ARTS.

Note: Dress rehearsals on January 19 and 20 will be open for media photos at the following times: Sunday, January 19, 12:30-5 p.m.; Monday, January 20, 5-9 p.m. Please contact Sue Keefe (603-535-2453) in advance.
