Fall events planned for PSU Men’s Lacrosse

August 23rd, 2006 by Adam

PLYMOUTH, N.H. – The Plymouth State University men’s lacrosse program has several activities planned for the 2006 fall season.

The Panther men’s lax program will host an alumni game on Sunday, Oct. 1, at 1:00 p.m. on the practice field behind Panther Field. That event is tied into the campus-wide Homecoming and Family Week celebration. A barbecue is scheduled to take place after the alumni game with a chance for alumni, fans, and current players to mingle.

The varsity squad will also wrap up their fall (non-traditional) season on Sunday, Oct. 15, with a Fall Tournament at Endicott College in Beverly, Mass. The tournament schedule has PSU facing Assumption at 1:00 p.m., Mass. Martitime at 2:00 p.m., and Salve Regina at 3:00 p.m.

Finally, the program will hold a series of Men’s Lacrosse Open Houses for prospective student-athletes. The Open Houses will be on Oct. 7, 9 and 28, and Nov. 4 and 18. This will give a chance for prospective student-athletes to meet members of the coaching staff as well as current team members.

For any questions regarding any of the fall events, contact head coach Andrew Brauch at 603-535-2764 or anbrauch@plymouth.edu.
