FIRST ANNUAL SEEK SYMPOSIUM

You are invited to attend Plymouth State University’s First annual SEEK Symposium on Friday, October 1, 2004 In the Silver Cultural Arts Center 5 pm – 7 pm. Light refreshments will be served at 4:30 pm prior to the symposium. This symposium is free of charge.

The SEEK Symposium celebrates the Service, Excellence, Experience and Knowledge of PSU’s graduate community including graduate faculty, affiliate faculty, alumni, and students. Annually, the first Friday in October will be set aside to highlight the accomplishments of selected members of PSU’s graduate community.

The keynote address will be delivered by Dr. Gary Goodnough. Goodnough is coordinator of the Master of Education Counselor Education, a graduate faculty member, and associate professor in counselor education at Plymouth State. The topic of his keynote address is Leadership and Advocacy.

Following Goodnough’s speech, there will be four respondents:

Dr. Marianne True, PSU assistant professor of education

Dr. William Preble, professor of education,New England College

Ms. Kathleen McCabe, CAGS, assistant superintendent, SAU 49

Ms. Maria Manus Painchaud, MBA, SPHR, director of human resources certification, Southern New Hampshire University.
