The New Hampshire Supreme Court had a full house on October
30, when it held a special session at the Silver Cultural Arts Center.
High school students from 16 area schools, along with criminal
justice students from Plymouth State and CLL, attended the session
which is part of the court’s ongoing outreach program to enhance
understanding of the state’s judicial system.
The court heard two cases, State of NH vs. Joseph J. Tunnel and
HippoPress LLC vs. SMG d/b/a SMG Operations. Following the oral
arguments, the justices recessed and then returned to the stage in a
more informal setting to take questions from the students.
