PLYMOUTH, NH – Senior Tara Dickson (Sussex, NJ) scored two goals Saturday at Panther Field to lead the Plymouth State College women’s soccer team to a
3-0 Little East Conference victory over the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
The win wraps up third place for PSC (11-5-1 overall, 4-2-1 LEC) in the LEC regular season standings and clinches a spot in next weekend’s four-team conference tournament.
The Panthers will travel to second-seeded Keene State for a semi-final game Friday, with the winner advancing to Sunday’s championship game against either top-seeded Western
Connecticut or fourth seeded Eastern Connecticut.
The champion of the LEC Tournament receives an automatic bid to the Division III NCAA Tournament.
