The concert will take place at St. Kieran Arts Center in Berlin, New Hampshire at 7:00 p.m. Earlier in the day, the Chamber Singers will present workshops and performances at both high schools, preparing the students for the collaborative evening performance.

The program will include a wide-range of styles and languages, including a Nigerian carol “Betelehemu” with drumming, sung by all of the choirs.

This performance is part of the Chamber Singers’ week-long study and performance tour through northern New Hampshire and Quebec. This elite 23-member group is an auditioned vocal chamber ensemble of university students majoring primarily in voice performance/pedagogy, music education, theatre, and music theatre. Plymouth State University is a small liberal arts school in the lakes region of central New Hampshire, USA. The Chamber Singers have performed to critical acclaim throughout the East Coast, Canada, England, South Africa, and most recently Italy.
