Plymouth State College will host the second annual Central New Hampshire Freshwater Biology Symposium on Saturday, December 7. The symposium will be held in the Hyde Lecture Hall from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Presentations will range from a review of aquatic landscapes and plankton studies of the Squam Lakes to watersampling, exotic aquatic plants, plankton and milfoil management. The symposium is sponsored by the PSC natural science and education departments, the PSC Regional Outreach Program, PSC Science Society, NH Fish and Game, Squam Lakes Association and the Squam Lakes Natural Science Center.
