From school teacher to University police officer, Jennifer Frank has enjoyed success every step of the way. Frank graduated March 30 from New Hampshire’s
Police Standards and Training Council Academy at the top of her class in academic and physical fitness testing. Frank is now a full-time certified law enforcement officer and she returns to her special investigator position with the Plymouth State University Police department.
The 29 year-old former school teacher started working for PSU last August, in a grant-funded position dedicated to preventing violent crimes against women. University Police Chief John E. Clark says he’s not surprised about Frank’s academy awards.
“We’re very proud of her accomplishments,” said Clark. “We look forward to her continued success as a member of the University Police force and the University should be proud of her achievment.”
Frank, a Florida native, previously taught school in the Newfound and Mascoma school districts.
Jennifer is married to Canaan, N.H. Police Chief Sam Frank.
