Viking Hedberg and Judy Macord

Dr. Hedberg graduated from Yale University in 1983 and received his M.D. from Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1987.  He subsequently completed his pediatric residency training at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in 1990 and practiced at a community health center in Camden, N.J., where he was also the medical director of a school-based clinic.  Dr. Hedberg subsequently completed a fellowship in adolescent medicine and a Master’s of Public Health at the University of Rochester in upstate New York.  He was on the faculty at University of Rochester before coming to Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth and Plymouth Pediatrics and Adolescents Medicine in 1997.  He is board certified in both general pediatrics and adolescent medicine.  He lives in Plymouth with his family.

 

Judith A. Macord, RN, Staff Nurse

For the past 14 years, Judy has worked in both in-patient and out-patient settings.  This includes experience in gynecology, obstetrics, emergency, psychopharmacology, clinical, and administrative work.  While at PSU Health Services for the past 9 years, her focus has been on basic health care, gynecological issues, psychopharmacology, and the promotion of well-being in the PSU community.
