Shawn Budro supports operating systems, applications, and networking problems for PC’s and MAC’s for faculty and staff on campus. Shawn also provides a first-look response for many desktop and laptop hardware problems.
Josh Potter is a Systems Administrator for the Technology Services Department. He is also the liaison for the Computer Science Department. Josh joined PSU in the summer of 2010.
James Cook is a Systems Administrator and has been part of the ITS team since 2007. He specializes in Unix administration and works with the MIS team to provide services for students, faculty, and staff.
