Jessica has over fifteen years of experience working in the non-profit sector. She graduated from Plymouth State University in 2003 with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and in 2004 with her MBA. Jessica has served as the Executive Director of the Pemi Youth Center since 2005. She is passionate about empowering youth to recognize their unlimited potential and realize their dreams.
In 2006, Jessica co-founded The Faith, Hope And Love Foundation (FHL) along with fellow PSU alumna, Laura Brusseau. The Foundation addresses the overwhelming needs of young people throughout the State by awarding thousands of dollars to youth and families each year. Jessica feels privileged to have the opportunity to significantly impact the lives of youth in this way.
Jessica has been a Teaching Lecturer at Plymouth State University since 2006 and has acted as the Service Learning Coordinator on campus since 2013. She truly enjoys teaching both academic and life lessons, while inspiring young people to discover their own passions.
Jessica was recognized by the New Hampshire Union Leader as one of the “40 Under Forty” Class of 2007. She was also honored by the PSU Alumni Association with the Alumni Award of Excellence in 2008 and received a proclamation from Governor Maggie Hassan in 2013. More recently she received the Outstanding Social Work Field Instructor Award and the PSU Patricia Storer Award in 2015. Jessica is the chair of the President’s Commission on the Status of Women at Plymouth State University, as well as the advisor for the International Service Trips to Jamaica. She lives in Plymouth, NH with her husband, Bryan and their three children.
