Online Resources

Online resources have a great appeal because they can be 100% anonymous, with no threat of anyone over hearing a conversation or even knowing that an individual is trying to get help.  Online resources can be great because not only do they help support an individual they can help support and educate concerned friends and family members.  Online chat resources are much like help lines, in the way that you get to talk to a person, except instead of it being over the phone, it’s over a computer.
