For Parents

As a parent, helping your student choose the right university is a major decision. You want the highest quality education but at a cost that is reasonable. At Plymouth State, you get both—a high quality education that can be tailored to the strengths and interests of your student through our Integrated Clusters and the educational experience you would expect from a small private school—all at state school costs. On top of that, more than 90% of our students receive some kind of merit or need-based financial aid.

We also support our students with Career Services so they can maximize their time at the University. We prepare them to graduate as leaders in their chosen field, ready to step into a successful career.

We’re also committed to creating well-rounded citizens, which is why we place great value on our students having first-rate experiences outside the classroom as well. Our campus, which is at the center of student life, offers countless ways for students to get involved so they can explore their passions, interests, and hobbies while meeting new people. Our campus is just minutes from White Mountain National Forest and close to the Lakes Region, which means students can take advantage of miles of trails and water sports. Great restaurants, shopping venues, museums and entertainment are also only a car ride away.

Up here, your student can achieve anything.
