Lori has over 250 hours of personal training and group fitness leadership experience with adults of all ages and fitness levels. Her goal is to offer personal training that is effective while keeping your time in the gym to a minimum. Training Packages and Fees
Lori offers an initial interview with all clients free of charge to assess your fitness needs and goals. After the initial appointment, the prices are as followed for the hour session.
Students $25 ($15/half hour)
Faculty/Staff $30 ($20/half hour)

A personal trainer will:
Help you safely start and maintain an effective exercise program
Develop an exercise program specifically designed according to your personal health history, needs, limitations, and goals
Provide motivation, encouragement and accountability to your exercise program
Serve as a resource to objective and accurate health and fitness information
Help you fit exercise into your busy schedule to make the most efficient use of your time
