Chamber Series: “A Quiet Thing”

Soprano Hannah Murray and Pianist Justin McCarthy will present a program featuring songs by Roger Quilter & Gabriel Fauré, along with a set of music theatre songs. The recital will also feature Plymouth State’s newly refurbished Steinway “D” concert grand piano.
Murray and McCarthy’s Recital will take place at the Silver Center for the Arts — Smith Recital Hall, on Thursday, January 30 at 7:00 p.m. “A Quiet Place” will be the 2nd of five Thursday evening concerts for the “Silver Chamber Series”
Hannah Murray is a Professor of Practice at Plymouth State University, and the Coordinator of Vocal Performance Studies. Ms. Murray will be joined by her colleague, Justin McCarthy, who serves as the Coordinator of Collaborative Piano at PSU.
