The Facilities Services Division plays a vital role in the operation of Plymouth State University. Its primary goal is to maintain the University’s facilities and grounds to readily support the academic mission of the University.

The intention is to accomplish this through a proactive management style and philosophy that focuses on maintaining the facilities with efficient and effective preventive, routine and planned maintenance programs. These programs are critical to providing a cost effective operation and essential in deterring the accumulation of deferred maintenance items. Appearance of the campus and its facilities is a primary concern of the Facilities Services staff. It is understood that the perceptions of first time visitors are important and every effort is made to present a clean, well-kept, well-landscaped campus, as well as clean and well-maintained facilities.
