Her approach to sales training is rooted in connection and trust, blending proven techniques with emotional intelligence and genuine curiosity to build lasting client relationships.
Deb enhances client journeys through organization-wide engagement surveys and individual assessments, including Myers-Briggs, DiSC, EQ-i 2.0, and 360° feedback tools. Her career began at Boston University, where she studied Broadcasting and Film—an early training ground for critical thinking, storytelling, and the power of connection. She later earned a Master’s from Antioch New England, deepening her focus on elevating humanity as an essential to organizational effectiveness.
At Plymouth State University, Deb brings her depth of business experience and her belief in human advantage into the classroom—helping students develop the confidence, interpersonal effectiveness, and relationship-building skills that fuel success in business and in life. Through her Human by Design work, she explores how people can thrive in a technology-driven world by mastering the uniquely human skills—empathy, adaptability, and communication—that no machine can replicate.
