How to report sexual misconduct to the University
Individuals impacted by sexual misconduct have the right to choose whether they report. Individuals may connect with a confidential resource to learn about options, report to law enforcement, and/or report to the Title IX Office.
PSU will receive reports about conduct that has occurred on or off campus and reserves the right to apply its policies when off-campus conduct affects a substantial University interest.

How to report to police
Individuals who have experienced conduct that constitutes a crime are encouraged to report to law enforcement. Assistance with contacting law enforcement is available through the Title IX Office and Voices Against Violence.
To report to law enforcement, contact the Plymouth Police Department.
The University's Campus Safety Office is not a police department. A report to Campus Safety is not equivalent to filing a police report.
