Annette Mitchell is a retired professor who continues to teach for the College of Graduate Studies every January and July. She coordinated the Drawing Program during her tenure at PSU. Mitchell pioneered a block-printing medium and published a book and DVD about that process titled Foam Is Where The Art Is—New Ways To Print and she continues to be extremely active in studio.
