Jessie Chapman is a Teaching Lecturer at Plymouth State University for the Theatre, HoME, and Pathfinder programs. Jessie earned her MFA in Performing Arts Management from Brooklyn College in 2016 and her Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts from Plymouth State University in 2009. Jessie is passionate about supporting students on stage and off, so in recent years she has received additional training as an Artistic Mental Health Practitioner. Jessie led Advice To The Players (ATTP), a local Shakespeare company in Sandwich NH, from 2016-2024 and still serves on the Board of Trustees and as a regular teaching artistJessie has worked extensively as an actor, director, teacher, administrator, and in various behind the scenes roles throughout her career. She has worked outside NH with Shakespeare & Company, Lincoln Center Theater, Theatre for a New Audience, Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts, and the Shakespeare Theatre Association.
