BIOGRAPHY:
Kayle (she/her) holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Plymouth State University and is currently working toward licensure. She began her clinical career as an intern at PSU’s Counseling Center, later gaining experience working with adults in Manchester, NH. Kayle has since returned to PSU’s Counseling Center, where she now serves as a Masters level Clinician.
Kayle has experience working with adults ages 15 to 65, supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, substance misuse, eating and body image concerns, grief, anger, and more.
COUNSELING APPROACH AND AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION:
Kayle strongly believes in the relationship between counselor and client and the impact it can have on client goals. She believes that there is no “one size fits all” approach to counseling. Rather, using an Eclectic approach with a foundation in person-centered, acceptance and commitment therapy, and cognitive behavioral theories, we will work together to formulate goals and a treatment plan that makes the most sense for you.
INTERESTS:
Kayle enjoys spending time with her dogs, crafting, baking, and learning new things.
