Ms. Eaton works to effectively bring students from the anxious place of being undecided and undeclared majors to happily declared through series of self assessments and inventories, knowledge of the current working world, career planning, goal setting, statistical fact finding and networking.
She has 25+ years of experience in higher education, 18 years at REALIA – Institute for Advanced Philosophic Research serving as Editor, Conference Organizer and Executive Director and has been teaching at Plymouth State University in the School of Business since 2014.
Ms. Eaton is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Education (EdD), Learning Leadership and Community-Higher Education. In her spare time, she works in her vast garden planting, weeding, and harvesting.
