Professor Drexel is a longtime advocate of “2+2” programs, through which students with associate’s degrees go on to complete their bachelor’s. He was a 2+2 student himself and has initiated several agreements between Plymouth State and community colleges. He came to PSU with nearly two decades of real-world, technology-focused industry experience, and most of his courses are hands-on and project-based. An expert in systems analysis who loves to help people solve problems, Drexel strongly emphasizes the importance of communication and comprehension, and his students routinely work with external businesses and nonprofits.
