Our Mission
Our office has three main objectives:
Support International & Exchange Students
(with F-1 and J-1 visas) who study at PSU for either 1 semester, 1 year, or a full degree. GEO provides a comprehensive orientation, immigration advising, and programming all year to help support global students at PSU.
Organize and promote study away programs
where PSU students can study short-term (1-5 weeks), 1 semester, or 1 year at a location across the globe.
Build international education awareness and engagement
across our campus and to support and build faculty/staff/parent/community resources and support, especially for the new integrated cluster models.
