Well-being, Connection, and Empowerment Groups

College can be hard!

Peer and community facilitated connection, support, and empowerment groups:

There are so many challenges to navigate at college. PEMI Ambassadors facilitate a number of different types of well-being, connection, support, and empowerment groups to help support you as you navigate those challenges. Focus ranges from Courageous Voices: Love yourself so that you can love others, an empowerment group run in collaboration with Voices Against Violence, to Connection through Crafts, a crafting focused connection group, and everything in between! Most groups are held in the OSAW Zen Den, a space with bean bags, puzzles, and a super chill vibe!
