Political Science

Bachelor of Arts

A degree in Political Science prepares you for many different careers in the private sector, security, the non-profit sector, and in state, federal and international agencies.

Political Science also provides an excellent foundation for those interested in graduate studies in law, public policy, and or international affairs. Our students are currently serving as interns in state government, presidential campaigns, and non-governmental organizations.

Many Political Science students are active in a wide variety of student clubs and organizations PSU offers. For those with a passion for politics, there are the PSU Democrats and Republicans; there is the PSU Common Ground if your passion lies with environmental issues; if you love to travel internationally and participate in debates, the Model UN club has traveled to over 20 conferences. The list goes on and on.

Our department is located in Rounds Hall. We would love to hear from or meet you.
