PSU Nondiscrimination Policy

Plymouth State University affirms its continuing commitment to afford individuals equal access and equal opportunity within the University. To ensure this, Plymouth State University shall not discriminate against any individual or group because of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age disability, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. 

The University also prohibits retaliation against any person participating in any discrimination complaint, investigation, or resolution process.
