Marketing Association of Plymouth State (MAPS)

MAPS is an official chapter of the internationally renowned American Marketing Association (AMA) and a marketing and interdisciplinary student organization. You may know MAPS from our events on campus like Rail Jam, our free-ski competition that won Plymouth State’s student-selected Event of the Year; or Teddy Bear Toss, our annual teddy bear fundraiser that raises money for the patients at Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (CHaD) every year.
Additionally, MAPS runs a real-life apparel production business right on campus branded as “Statement”. Using our industry-leading embroidery equipment, we work with organizations on-and-off campus to design and produce high-quality embroidered clothing. We are award-winning chapter of the AMA and attend and compete in the International Collegiate Conference in New Orleans. Our events and our business are just some of the factors that set MAPS apart. MAPS members get hands-on experiences in leadership through running our big events and gain real-world expertise by operating our business. Through these, our members are able to refine their skills in marketing, organization, graphic design, social media, communication, and many other essential areas of success. No matter what you study, anyone is welcome in MAPS and everyone is vital to our team. Check out our Instagram @MAPSNH and our website to see more of what we do!
